MANSION WSOP MANIA SUPER SATELLITE Promotion Terms and Conditions:

1.    All MWM Super Satellite promotions are run by MANSION (Gibraltar) Limited, 901 Europort, Gibraltar.
2.    MANSION is not liable for any costs incurred if the WSOP Main Event is cancelled.
3.    All winners of the Mansion WSOP Mania package agree to wear Mansion branded apparel provided by Mansion.
4.    By winning a ticket, players agree to reasonable publicity.
5.    In the event of service issues MANSION withhold the right to re run the Super Satellite event at their discretion.
6.    MANSION Tournament rules apply at all times and may be amended (at their discretion) and the Poker Manager’s decision is final in all matters.
7.    Player is responsible for ensuring their information regarding their account is correct as verification may be required.
8.    Players must be 21 years of age at the start of the tournament(s) included in the package.
•    a) For the Side Event package, player must have turned 21 before June 23 2008
•    b) For the Main event package, player must have turned 21 before July 3 2008
9.    Winning either the Main Event or the Side Event package does not exclude players from also winning the other package
10.    A Package is personal (awarded to an individual) and may not be transferred unless specifically approved by MANSION.
11.    Packages are not refundable for cash.
12.    Player approves that MANSION is able to use his or her personal details for registration, administration and marketing purposes.
13.    Player is solely responsible for following instructions provided by MANSION regarding (for example but not limited to) tournament registration, sign-up, gear pick-up and hotel check-in.
14.    Player is solely responsible for ensuring he or she abides by dress codes, ethical rules or other requirements set by the event organiser.
15.    Player is solely responsible for showing up on time to an event.
16.    Player is solely responsible for making sure winnings are taxed according to local jurisdiction and law.
17.    MANSION retains the right to change information about its events at any time.
18.    MANSION retains the right to cancel the event and replace the package with a package of equal value to another event of the company’s choice.
19.    Failure to comply with any of these terms may - at the sole discretion of MANSION - lead to player forfeiting his right to all or some elements within the package such as buy-in and/or accommodation.
20.    Additional packages won of the same type will at the discretion of MANSION be converted to another live event package of the same value. If an alternative package is unavailable then MANSION reserves the right to withdraw the alternative package option.
21.    If a player wins a package and is not eligible due to age restrictions they will forfeit the right to buy-in and accommodation. The package will be offered to the next player in line.
22.    Player must wear branded gear (clothes, etc.) made available to player at location or in advance. 
23.    Players may not, while playing any event included in package, represent another site or sign sponsorship with any other gaming operation. The Poker Managers decision is Final and MANSION reserves the right to amend or change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
24.    Players who win two tickets to the MWM Super Satellite via any of the MANSION WSOP Mania Promotions will be offered a cash alternative of $250 for the second ticket. Subsequent tickets won will be dealt with on an individual basis.
