Terms and Conditions
- To qualify for any bonus, you must be a MANSIONPOKER.com Member, at least 18 years of age, and have agreed to both the MANSION.com Terms & Conditions and the MANSION.com Withdrawal Policy.
- MANSION VPPs are earned for real money ring game and tournament play.
- MANSION reserve the sole right to amend, update or modify the mechanism by which the points are earned, and the value or redemption rate of the points earned and any such amendment, update or modification will be published on the Website.
- The promotion will be based on points earned between 00:01 GMT on 15 September 2008 and 23:59 GMT on October 19 2008
- The top three points earners overall will receive guaranteed payouts of $5,000, $3,000 and $2,000
- The remaining players will be placed into one of four groups, each with a total prize pool to be shared among the group, Group one will share a minimum of $35,000, group two will share a minimum of $30,000, group three will share a minimum of $25,000, group four will share a minimum of $20,000
- Players in each group will be guaranteed a minimum payout, this will be $1,000 for group one earning 230,000 (pre-boost) VPP, $300 for group 2 earning 122,000 (pre-boost) VPP, $100 for group three earning 48,000 (pre-boost) VPP and $20 for group four earning 12,000 (pre-boost) VPP.
- Each individual player’s share of the prize pool will be based on their percentage of the total points earned by the group (e.g. a player earning 1% of the total points earned by his group will receive the minimum payout guaranteed for that group, plus 1% of the remaining prize pool).
- If the total payout for players in any group exceeds the guaranteed minimum prize pool for the group, each player will receive the minimum guaranteed pay out only.
- Players can only qualify for a share of one group’s prize pool, each player will be placed in the highest group available to them based on the points earned in the promotion period.
- Leaderboards showing players qualifying for each group will be published on the website and updated regularly
- All players who earn a minimum of 500 (pre-boost) VPP will, in addition, be credited with one ticket valid for one of five $10,000 Freeroll tournaments to be run after the promotion period.
- Entry into the freerolls will be strictly on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Any unused tickets after the last freeroll tournament has taken place, will expire and shall have no redemption value. Players unable to enter the freerolls for whatever reason will be offered no alternative prize.
- All promotions, bonuses or special offers are subject to MANSION Standard Terms and Conditions and any promotion-specific terms and conditions that MANSION may introduce from time to time in conjunction therewith. MANSION reserves the right, to suspend, withdraw or modify such bonuses or promotions and/or the specific terms and conditions governing the same at any time.
- MANSION.com reserves the right to review transaction records and logs at anytime, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such review, it appears that player(s) are participating in strategies that MANSION.com, in its sole discretion, deems to be abusive, we reserve the right to revoke the entitlement of such player to the promotion.
- In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by MANSION.com will be final.
