PLAYERWATCH DIARY: July 2 - July 9

...25,000 reasons to play Mansion…

Although it is always frustrating to bust out so close to the limelight of a final table, we think player Saage will be quite happy with his performance once that disappointment settles.

Nursing his short-stack for hours upon hours eventually earned him just over $25,000 and a top 25 position in the $5,000 shorthanded event. Not bad for a $300 buy-in into the WSOP Side Events qualifier at Mansion.com. Well done Saage indeed!

...Update on Tommy Johansson...After spending most of the day on the Featured TV table, he finally succumbed and is out, after 6 hours against some of the world's best players. Well played Tommy and a sterling performance…
