How do I start playing MANSIONPOKER.com?
To play for real money you must complete the required fields on the registration form, then make a deposit using one of our available
payment methods.
How do I download the software?
1. To download, Click
here and click on the download button.
2. Choose the "Save" button. By default, the installation file name will be "SetUpPoker".
3. Select "Desktop" as the location you wish to save the file and press "Save".
4. The installation file will begin downloading and will complete within minutes.
5. Once downloaded, click on "Open" in the next window that opens. The poker component files will download and shouldn't take long. The length of time depends your internet connection.
6. You can now either browse, or select a location on your computer to install the poker components. We suggest you keep the default setting and simply press "Install".
7. Next, click "I Agree" to the License Agreement and the remaining files will be installed.
How do I select a poker table?
Log in and you will see the "Choose a Table" tree on the left side of the screen, which lists all tables. You can also opt for cash or tournament options. You can search via game type e.g. select Hold'em and you will see a list of Hold'em tables.
How do I join a poker table?
To join a table, scroll through the list and double click on the table you wish to join. Alternatively, highlight the table and click "Go to Table". If the table shows "Seat Open" you can join. If "Seat Open" does not show, the table is full and you can select "Leave Table" or opt to join the waiting list. Select "Seat Open" to join a table, stating much cash you would like to take to the table. Then hit OK to play!
How do I set up an account?
To create an account you need to provide some personal information; this is a standard requirement which enables us to maintain the best possible service. Click "Create account" to get started. Once completed, MANSIONPOKER.com. You can choose a unique username. You need this information every time you wish to log in to your account.
Please note: It is important that you fill out correct and valid information so we can pay any future winnings. Once you have completed the registration process, you will automatically go to a Register a New Credit Card screen. Here you can either register your credit card, or select an alternative payment method.
2. Player protection and security
How do I know my details are secure?
We use the highest possible encryption so your details are always safe. We do not share any of your details with any third party company or organisation. So you can relax and play with confidence that you're in safe hands.
How do I know that the games are fair?
We use sophisticated industry-standard anti–collusion monitoring. This means we keep a close watch on player activity and detect any suspicious behaviour. We also use a sophisticated Random Number Generator which ensures fairness at all times.
What is a Random Number Generator (RNG)?
A Random Number Generator (RNG) is a computer programme which ensures the game results are produced randomly. It guarantees the outcome of each card deal is not unrealistically duplicated, cannot be predicted, and the results cannot be manipulated. This means you always get fair results.
Why is my account locked?
You are only allowed one poker account with MANSIONPOKER.com. If the system detects that you have more than one account, your account will be blocked and you will need to contact
memberservice@mansion.com.
3. Game options and settings
How many tables can I play at a time?
You can play up to a maximum of eight tables simultaneously.
What is the difference between cash games and tournaments?
Tournaments have an entrance fee which awards every entrant with a set amount of chips. The tournament is played as a knockout competition, with a specified prize pool for the top finishers. Cash games are played with real money and players can leave at any time during the game.
How do I get more chips?
When playing cash games, you can purchase more chips once any hand you are playing is completed.
How can I tell how much is in the pot?
The pot amount is displayed beside the main pot. Any side pot amounts are also displayed.
What is a side pot?
When three or more players are in a hand and only one player goes all–in, any further betting that takes place between the remaining players is referred to as the side pot. The all–in player cannot win the side pot but is eligible for the main pot. The other players can win either pot. There can be multiple side pots.
What is rake?
Rake is the money that the house takes from the pot in a cash game; it is typically a small percentage of the total size of the pot.
Why did my hand lose, it was the same as someone else's hand?
If two players have the same hand, the winning hand is the hand with the strongest other high card or ‘kicker'.
What happens if I see abusive chat?
If you witness any player using foul or offensive language, please take a screenshot and send it to
memberservice@mansion.com. Players who misuse the chat facility may have their chat privileges temporarily or permanently suspended.
What are High Speed/Turbo tables?
The high speed Turbo cash tables allow a maximum of 10 seconds for players to make their decisions in each betting round. Turbo tables are available in all forms of Texas Hold'em and at various buy-in levels.
Can I watch games without actually playing?
You can view tables once you have downloaded and installed the poker room client. This enables you to watch games without actually playing. To do this, select the table you want to watch from the table lists or from a multi–table tournament lobby screen.

5. Deposits and withdrawals
Which currencies can I play in?
Whatever currency you register on your account, all poker games are referred to in dollars. Your funds will be transferred to the poker room as US dollars using a fixed exchange rate. Any refunds or winnings are transferred back to your account using the same exchange rate.

Where can I check my account balance?
The balance of your poker wallet is displayed in the lower left corner of the lobby window, and also under the Cashier tab.
6. Technical
Why can't I get the installed software to run on my PC?
This may be because of your PC's firewall or anti–virus software. If you are in a work or network environment, there may be proxy servers in use which prevent access to specific programs. You need administrative rights to your pc or to request our program to be allowed.
1. Open
Norton Internet Security.
2. Select
Personal Firewall option.
3. Click
Configure.
4. Click on
Programs.
5. Select the
Add... button.
6. Open the
MANSIONPOKER.com folder and select the
Client file.
7. Click
Open.
8. Make sure
Permit is selected in the
What do you want to do? Field. Click OK.
9. Select OK when the
Program Control screen is displayed.
Why can't I log in to MANSIONPOKER.com?
