3. When will I receive my upgrade and online poker points boost?
These online poker changes and credits are made to poker player’s accounts at the beginning of each month, generally by the 5th of the month at the latest.
4. What incentive is there to stay at MANSION for longer periods?
As well as the online poker Club Mansion VIP Program we also offer a unique Loyalty Scheme which will reward you for maintaining your poker status within Club Mansion when you play poker online. Maintain poker membership at Club Mansion for three months and you can claim extra online poker points which can be exchanged for gifts, tournament tickets or cash bonuses in our online poker Club Mansion Shop.

5. Can I purchase/receive delivery of online poker shop items from my country?
We currently deliver online poker items to Australia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Senegal, Serbia and Montenegro, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, UK and US.
Online poker players from countries not listed above still have access to the shop to purchase cash bonuses and online poker tournament tickets.
6. How long will it take for me to receive my online poker order?
It can take up to 28 days for the online poker order to arrive. Online poker tournament tickets for games like Texas holdem are credited within 48 hours.
7. Can I view or amend the delivery address details registered in the online poker VIP Shop?
If you wish to have your online poker order sent to a different address than registered with us, please contact us immediately after placing the online poker order.
8. What delivery company is used to send my online poker ordered items?
We use a range of companies including Royal Mail, DPD, Impulse, Parcel Force, UPS and Belgium Parcel Service. The shipping method will depend on the value/weight of the order as well as the destination.
9. Will I have to sign for the order when my parcel arrives or can anyone sign for the order?
You may have to sign from an online poker order if we required a courier to deliver the item. This would be for high value/high weight items that we cannot post. In the event that the online poker player is not at home on delivery, a card will be left or the courier will re-attempt delivery. This will only occur on a registered postal service.
10. Do I have to pay for the postage of my online poker prize or import/customs tax?
The price of shipping will be incorporated in the final cost of the order (in points).
An online poker player should never be charged customs or duty charges, as the relevant paperwork is provided with the order by our fulfillment company.
11. Why can’t I access the online poker shop?
Our online poker shop is restricted to Club MANSION players of online poker such as Texas holdem. Earn 2,000 poker points a month to become a member and enjoy all the benefits including poker Club Shop, points boosts and special freerolls.
12. How can I see how many online poker points I need for each item?
You can view this by logging in to the online poker Club Shop with your username and password.
13. Are online poker cash bonuses released immediately?
When playing online poker, all cash bonuses have some after wager requirements. The bigger the poker bonus the less points are needed per $.
14. Do online poker points expire?
Any unredeemed online poker points will expire after 24 months. Any online poker account which is dormant for 6 months is liable to forfeit any MCP balance.
15. Where can I view my current online poker points status?
You can view it in the poker client by going to ‘My Account’ and then to ‘Mansion Club Points’.
16. Will you be offering different products in the Club Shop in the future?
When playing poker online, the online poker shop will be constantly updated with the newest goods and gadgets. If you have any suggestions for products you would like to be added to the poker shop, please let us know.
17. Is it possible to cancel an order when the online poker order has already been placed?
If the online poker order has not already been dispatched, we will endeavour to cancel the order and return your points, however, it cannot be guaranteed.

19. Why is the online poker Loyalty Scheme being changed?
In response to feedback from our poker members it is now be possible to know what your boost is one month in advance. You can claim an increased six month boost based on your online poker points earned in that six month period.
20. Which boost will I get when the system changes?
Your online poker points at the end of the month will be boosted by either this month’s VIP level or last month’s VIP level, whichever is highest. At the end of the following month, your poker points will be boosted using your previous month’s VIP level.
21. What happens to the poker points I already have?
All your poker points earned to date are still yours. The changes only apply to future poker points boosts.
22. I have been working towards a 6 month boost, how will the change affect this?
The change will not affect your claim much. The only change will be that the 6 month boost points will now be based on your online poker points earned over the past 6 month period, rather than a fixed amount, so you can now claim even more poker points.
23. How much 6 month boost can I claim?
Club members can claim up to a maximum of 84,000 poker points, Pro members up to 240,000 poker points , Elite members up to 750,000 poker points and Platinum members up to 1.5 million poker points. Diamond 1 members can claim up to 3.6 million poker points, Diamond 2 members up to 13.5 million poker points and for Diamond 3 members, the sky’s the limit.
24. What happens if my online poker VIP level drops for a month?
The new system means that even if you drop a level or two, your boost will still be based on the higher VIP level from the month before.
